Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania elastomerowego kompozytu silikonowego na bazie dwuskładnikowego elastomeru silikonowego (A,B), który charakteryzuje się tym, że na drodze reakcji chemicznej do sieci dwuskładnikowego elastomeru silikonowego (A,B) w postaci dwóch różniących się właściwościami nisko lepkich cieczy o ciężarach właściwych w zakresie od 0,9 do 1,3 g/cm3 i lepkościach od 100 do 40000 mPas w temperaturze 25°C, sieciującymi w systemie addycyjnym lub kondensacyjnym w temperaturze pokojowej wprowadzony jest polimer silikonowy (C) o właściwościach lepko-sprężystych, którego właściwości lepkie dominują nad sprężystymi w zakresie częstości oscylacji maksymalnie do 100 Hz, powyżej której dominują właściwości sprężyste. Udział polimeru silikonowego (C) w kompozycie wynosi od 0,1 do 5,0 cz.wag. Korzystnie do mieszaniny składników przed sieciowaniem wprowadza się nanoskładniki w ilości od 0,01 do 0,5 cz.wag. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też elastomerowy kompozyt w postaci płytki o grubości 10+/-0,1 mm wykazuje obniżenie wartości maksymalnej siły przekazywanej pod próbkę podczas uderzenia bijaka co najmniej o 30% w stosunku do usieciowanego silikonu elastomerowego bez udziału polimerowego silikonu.The subject of the application is a method for obtaining an elastomeric silicone composite based on a two-component silicone elastomer (A, B), which is characterized by the fact that by means of a chemical reaction to the network of a two-component silicone elastomer (A, B) in the form of two different properties of low viscous liquids with weights specific in the range from 0.9 to 1.3 g / cm3 and viscosities from 100 to 40,000 mPas at 25 ° C, crosslinking in the addition or condensation system at room temperature, a silicone polymer (C) with viscous-elastic properties is introduced, which viscous properties dominate over elastic in the oscillation frequency range up to 100 Hz, above which elastic properties dominate. The proportion of silicone polymer (C) in the composite is from 0.1 to 5.0 wt. Preferably, nanocomponents are added to the mixture of ingredients prior to cross-linking in an amount of 0.01 to 0.5 wt. The application also includes an elastomer composite in the form of a 10 +/- 0.1 mm thick plate shows a reduction in the value of the maximum force transmitted under the sample during impact of the beater by at least 30% in relation to the crosslinked elastomeric silicone without the participation of polymeric silicone.
