Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania kompatybilnego komponentu o właściwościach antyseptycznych do bezwodnego lakieru fleksograficznego i kompatybilny komponent o właściwościach antyseptycznych do bezwodnego lakieru fleksograficznego przeznaczony do wykonywania nadruków na opakowaniach miękkich wykonanych z tworzyw sztucznych. Powyższy sposób polega na tym, że do alkoholowego i/lub estrowego roztworu nitrocelulozy w temperaturze otoczenia, dodaje się prekursor jonów srebra w ilości od 0,05 do 2% wagowych, prekursor jonów cynku w ilości 0,005 do 2% wagowych oraz reduktor jonów srebra w ilości 0,05 do 3% wagowych, otrzymaną mieszaninę miesza się w temperaturze otoczenia do 24 godzin, po czym powstały kompatybilny komponent w ilości od 2 do 10% wagowych dodaje się do bezwodnego lakieru fleksograficznego. Komponent jest bezwodnym alkoholowym i/lub estrowym roztworem nitrocelulozy, w którym rozproszone są nanocząstki srebra w ilości od 0,003% do 0,13% wagowych o średnim wymiarze od 6 nm do 12 nm oraz nanocząstki tlenku cynku w ilości od 0,004% do 0,86% wagowych o średnim wymiarze od 8 nm do 14 nm.The subject of the application is a method of producing a compatible antiseptic component for anhydrous flexographic varnish and a compatible component with antiseptic properties for anhydrous flexographic varnish designed for printing on soft packaging made of plastics. The above method consists in adding to the alcohol and / or ester solution of nitrocellulose at ambient temperature, a silver ion precursor in an amount of 0.05 to 2% by weight, a zinc ion precursor in an amount of 0.005 to 2% by weight, and a silver ion reducer in in an amount of 0.05 to 3% by weight, the resulting mixture is stirred at ambient temperature for 24 hours, after which the resulting compatible component in an amount of from 2 to 10% by weight is added to the anhydrous flexographic varnish. The component is an anhydrous alcohol and / or ester solution of nitrocellulose in which silver nanoparticles are dispersed in an amount of 0.003% to 0.13% by weight with an average size from 6 nm to 12 nm and zinc oxide nanoparticles in an amount of 0.004% to 0.86 % by weight with an average dimension of 8 nm to 14 nm.
