Sposób modyfikacji struktury pierwotnej żeliwa z grafitem wermikularnym na odlewy cienkościenne zawierającym masowo: 20 - 37% niklu, 1 - 6% krzemu, do 2% chromu, do 1,5% manganu, 2,4 - 3,5% węgla do 0,02% siarki, reszta żelazo polega na tym, że wraz w wermikularyzatorem i modyfikatowem grafityzującym wprowadza się tytan w ilości 0,03 - 0,35% masowych w stosunku do masy ciekłego metalu, który następnie wlewa się do formy odlewniczej przed upływem 2,5 minuty od zabiegu modyfikacji.The method of modifying the primary structure of cast iron with vermicular graphite for thin-walled castings containing in mass: 20 - 37% nickel, 1 - 6% silicon, up to 2% chromium, up to 1.5% manganese, 2.4 - 3.5% carbon up to 0, 02% sulfur, the rest of the iron consists in the fact that 0.03 - 0.35% by weight of titanium is introduced into the vermiculizer and graphitizing modifier in relation to the weight of the liquid metal, which is then poured into the casting mold before 2.5 minutes from modification surgery.
