Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania 2-lizofosfatydylocholiny zawierającej ibuprofen w pozycji sn-1 o wzorze 3, polegający na tym, że chlorek ibuprofenu (wzór 1) poddaje się reakcji z acetalem sn-glicero-3-fosfocholiny z tlenkiem dibutylocyny (wzór 2) rozpuszczonymi w 2-propanolu w obecności trietyloaminy, po czym całość miesza się przez co najmniej 30 minut, a surowy produkt, którym jest 1-[2'-(4"-izobutylofenylo)]propanoilo-2-hydroksy-sn-glicero-3-fosfocholina (wzór 3), oczyszcza się za pomocą chromatografii kolumnowej na żelu krzemionkowym.The subject of the application is a method for obtaining 2-lysophosphatidylcholine containing ibuprofen in position sn-1 of formula 3, whereby ibuprofen chloride (formula 1) is reacted with sn-glycerol-3-phosphocholine acetal with dibutyltin oxide (formula 2) dissolved in 2-propanol in the presence of triethylamine, after which the whole is mixed for at least 30 minutes and the crude product is 1- [2 '- (4 "-isobutylphenyl)] propanoyl-2-hydroxy-sn-glycerol-3- phosphocholine (formula 3), purified by silica gel column chromatography.
