Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy nowych systemów fotoinicjujących do procesów fotoinicjowanej polimeryzacji kationowej, rodnikowej tiol-en i hybrydowej nowych związków kompleksowych europu(III), sposobów ich wytwarzania zastosowań związków kompleksowych europu(III), nowych luminescencyjnych sond molekularnych do monitorowania procesów polimeryzacji oraz nowych luminescencyjnych sensorów molekularnych do badań materiałów powłokowych. Nowe systemy fotoinicjujące do procesów fotoinicjowanej polimeryzacji kationowej, rodnikowej, tiol-en i hybrydowej, zawierające sole oniowe i ko-inicjator, charakteryzują się tym, że zawierają co najmniej jedną sól oniową wybraną spośród następujących: sole jodoniowe wybrane spośród heksafluorofosforanu difenylojodoniowego, heksafluoroantymonianu difenylojodoniowego, heksafluorofosforanu 4-metylo-4'-izopropylodifenylojodoniowego, heksafluorofosforanu 4,4'-dimetylodifenylojodoniowego, tetrakis pentafluorofenyloboranu 4-metylo-4'-izopropylodifenylojodoniowego; sole sulfoniowe wybrane spośród heksafluorofosforanu trifenylo-sulfoniowego i heksafluoroantymonianu trifenylosulfoniowego; oraz co najmniej jeden ko-inicjator wybrany z grupy związków kompleksowych europu(III) o wzorze ogólnym (1), w którym R1 oznacza podstawnik wybrany spośród następujących: grupa fenylowa, grupa 4-fluorofenylowa, grupa 4-metylofenylowa, grupa 4-cyjanofenylowa, grupa 2-tienylowa, grupa 2-furylowa; R2 oznacza podstawnik wybrany spośród następujących: grupa butylowa, grupa oktylowa, grupa fenylowa.The application concerns new photoinitiation systems for photoinitiated cationic, radical thiol-hybrid and hybrid polymerization processes of new europium (III) complex compounds, methods of their production, applications of europium (III) complex compounds, new luminescent molecular probes for monitoring polymerization processes and new luminescent molecular sensors for coating materials testing. New photoinitiation systems for photoinitiated cationic, radical, thiol-hybrid and hybrid polymerization processes, containing onium salts and a co-initiator, are characterized by containing at least one onium salt selected from the following: iodonium salts selected from diphenyl iodonium hexafluorophosphate, dipheliodonium hexafluoroanthonate 4-methyl-4'-isopropyl diphenyl iodonium hexafluorophosphate, 4,4'-dimethyldiphenyl iodonium hexafluorophosphate, 4-methyl-4'-isopropyl diphenyl iodonium pentafluorophenyl borate tetrakis; sulfonium salts selected from triphenyl sulfonium hexafluorophosphate and triphenyl sulfonium hexafluoroantimonate; and at least one co-initiator selected from the group of europium (III) complex compounds of general formula (1), wherein R1 is a substituent selected from the following: phenyl group, 4-fluorophenyl group, 4-methylphenyl group, 4-cyanophenyl group, 2-thienyl group, 2-furyl group; R2 is a substituent selected from the following: butyl group, octyl group, phenyl group.
