Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest preparat owadobójczy zawierający kryształy białkowe bakterii B. thuringiensis MPU B54 przeznaczony do ograniczania liczebności owadów z rzędu Lepidoptera. Preparat według wynalazku zawiera kryształy białkowe B. thuringiensis MPU B54 w liczbie 0,5 x 105 kryształów na owada, korzystnie co najmniej 2,25 x 105 kryształów na owada, najkorzystniej co najmniej 1,5 x 106 kryształów na owada. Ponadto przedmiotem wynalazku jest zastosowanie preparatu owadobójczego do zwalczania owadów, w szczególności owadów z rzędu Lepidoptera, polegające na użyciu kryształów bakterii B. thuringiensis MPU B54 do wytwarzania preparatu owadobójczego.The subject of the application is an insecticide containing protein crystals of B. thuringiensis MPU B54 intended to reduce the number of Lepidoptera insects. The invention furthermore relates to the use of an insecticide preparation for controlling insects, in particular insects of the order Lepidoptera, consisting in the use of B. thuringiensis MPU B54 crystals for the production of an insecticide preparation.
