Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kompozycja do tworzenia ścieralnego uszczelniania sprężarek osiowych, zwłaszcza uszczelnienia dla stopni pracujących w temperaturach w granicach 400°C. Kompozycja do tworzenia ścieralnego uszczelnienia sprężarek osiowych zawierająca polimerowe spoiwo, materiały: metaliczno-ceramiczny, metaliczny oraz smar warstwowy, zgodnie z wynalazkiem charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi ją żywica ftalonitrylowa w ilości 55 do 70% objętościowych jako spoiwo, niklografit w ilości 15 do 20% objętościowych oraz brąz aluminiowy w ilości 15 do 20% objętościowych i dwusiarczek molibdenu jako smar warstwowy w ilości 10 do 15% objętościowych.The subject of the invention is a composition for forming wearable sealing of axial compressors, especially sealing for stages operating at temperatures in the range of 400 ° C. Composition for creating a wearable seal of axial compressors containing a polymeric binder, metallic-ceramic, metallic materials and a layered lubricant, according to the invention is characterized by the fact that it is a phthonitrile resin in an amount of 55 to 70% by volume as a binder, 15 to 20 nickel % by volume and aluminum bronze in the amount of 15 to 20% by volume and molybdenum disulphide as a layer grease in the amount of 10 to 15% by volume.
