Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wzmacniania metanizacji i sposób otrzymywania kompozycji do wzmacniania metanizacji, a także kompozycja do wzmacniania metanizacji oraz zastosowanie haloizytu do wzmacniania metanizacji. Rozwiązanie dotyczy opracowania preparatów mieszanych do wzmacniania procesu metanizacji osadów ściekowych. Sposób wzmacniania metanizacji polega na wykorzystaniu haloizytu do procesu produkcji biogazu z substratów roślinnych i organicznych materiałów odpadowych (np. osadów ściekowych) i zmniejszania ilości przefermentowanych osadów oraz cieczy po-fermentacyjnej, korzystnie poprzez zastosowanie haloizytu jako nośnika mikroorganizmów uczestniczących w procesie produkcji biogazu, korzystnie bakterii hydrolizujących rozkład białek i tłuszczy, korzystnie namnażanych na podłożu zawierającym melasę lub innych materiałach odpadowych. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również wykorzystanie haloizytu do poprawy jakości produkowanego biogazu, poprzez bezpośrednią sorpcję H2S w komorze fermentacyjnej, bez konieczności stosowania zewnętrznych filtrów wychwytujących oraz wykorzystanie haloizytu do wychwytywania i neutralizacji związków organicznych i nieorganicznych toksycznych dla mikroorganizmów uczestniczących w fermentacji metanowej. The subject of the application is a method for enhancing methanation and a method for obtaining a composition for enhancing methanation, as well as a composition for enhancing methanation and the use of halloysite for enhancing methanation. The solution concerns the development of mixed preparations to strengthen the methanation process of sewage sludge. The method of strengthening methanation consists in using halloysite for the biogas production process from plant substrates and organic waste materials (e.g. sewage sludge) and reducing the amount of digested sludge and post-fermentation liquid, preferably by using halloysite as a carrier of microorganisms participating in the biogas production process, preferably bacteria hydrolysing the breakdown of proteins and fats, preferably propagated on a medium containing molasses or other waste materials. The subject of the application is also the use of halloysite to improve the quality of biogas produced, by direct sorption of H2S in the fermentation chamber, without the need for external capture filters and the use of halloysite to capture and neutralize organic and inorganic compounds toxic to microorganisms participating in methane fermentation.
