Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania biofilmu bakterii na powierzchni metalicznej, charakteryzujący się tym, że: powierzchnię wykonaną ze złota pokrywa się warstwą polimeru o trwałym ładunku dodatnim (polikationu), a uzyskaną w tym etapie zmodyfikowaną polikationem powierzchnię metaliczną zasiedla się bakteriami szczepu Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG poprzez zanurzenie w zawiesinie tych bakterii. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też bioelektroda charakteryzująca się tym, że posiada powierzchnię wykonaną ze złota pokrytą warstwą polimeru o trwałym ładunku dodatnim (polikationu) zasiedloną bakteriami szczepu Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG.
