Abstract
Urządzenie do montażu i demontażu żerdzi w maszynie wiertniczej, charakteryzuje się tym, że na zewnętrznej powierzchni korpusu (1) osadzony jest obrotowo pierścień nastawny (2) z zamocowaną sterującą dźwignią (4), natomiast wewnątrz korpusu (1) znajduje się klucz nasadowy (6) żerdzi połączony poprzez co najmniej trzy prowadnice łączące (5) wraz z montażowymi śrubami (3), przesuwającymi się w podłużnych otworach znajdujących się w korpusie (1), wykonanych pod kątem względem obwodu korpusu (1). Sposób montażu i demontażu żerdzi w maszynie wiertniczej, charakteryzuje się tym, że przez obrót sterującą dźwignią (4) przesuwa się prowadnice łączące (5), osiowo z elementami urządzenia, przez co z kolei wywołuje się zmianę położenia klucza nasadowego (6) żerdzi wzdłuż osi urządzenia i ustawienie go w pozycjach: - tylnej - zasprzęglenia z wrzecionem silnika przy jednoczesnym swobodnym obrocie względem obudowy silnika, - środkowej - rozsprzęglenia z wrzecionem silnika przy jednoczesnym swobodnym obrocie względem obudowy silnika, - przedniej - rozsprzęglenia z wrzecionem silnika przy jednoczesnym zablokowaniu w jednym kierunku obrotu względem obudowy silnika.The device for assembling and disassembling poles in a drilling machine is characterized by the fact that on the outer surface of the body (1) an adjustable ring (2) with a control lever (4) is mounted, while inside the body (1) there is a socket wrench (6 ) the rod connected by at least three connecting guides (5) together with mounting screws (3), sliding in the oblong holes in the body (1), made at an angle to the circumference of the body (1). The method of assembly and disassembly of the pole in the drilling machine is characterized by the fact that by turning the control lever (4) the connecting guides (5) are moved axially with the elements of the device, which in turn causes a change in the position of the socket wrench (6) of the pole along the axis device and setting it in the positions: - rear - coupling with the motor spindle with simultaneous free rotation with respect to the motor housing, - middle - coupling with the motor spindle with free rotation with respect to the motor housing, - front - coupling with the motor spindle while locking in one direction rotation relative to the motor housing.
