Abstract

The subject of the application is a method of producing dried distillery and feed amino acids as part of the bioethanol production process, characterized in that raw materials in the form of starch and sugar biomass are subjected to comminution, then mixed with water, stabilized, then the starch contained in the raw materials is subjected to the enzymatic hydrolysis process to obtain the form of fermentable sugars, but in parallel with starch, non-starch components of the raw material forming high viscosity gels are subject to degradation. Then, sodium hydroxide is added to the mixture, followed by the addition of an xylanase enzyme preparation, followed by propagation in a mash medium with a high FAN concentration, then sulfuric acid is dosed, followed by the introduction of an enzyme preparation with amyloglucosidase activity with alpha side activity - amylases and phytases and the fermentation process is carried out, followed by distillation at an ethanol concentration in the liquid prior to distillation, the resulting ethanol is separated from the post-process mixture by distillation, and the proteins contained in the decoction are degraded to peptides and amino acids by enzymatic hydrolysis . Then, the hydrolyzate is recycled to the fermentation process to increase the dynamics of alcoholic fermentation and the propagation process by recycling the hydrolyzate in the form of a dry mass of the mixture before separation, the separated suspension being dried distillate containing protein hydrolyzate, and the liquid fraction being fed to the amino acid isolation stage, which are separated from the solution either as a commercial mixture by membrane filtration and crystallization into the selected salt or are separated into single amino acids using first membrane filtration to purify the medium followed by separation by means of ion exchange industrial chromatography and finally crystallized to the selected salt. Then the separated amino acid fraction is dried to form a solid product in the form of an amino acid mixture or a selected preparation of a specific amino acid, then all the leachate generated in the whole process is subjected to anaerobic treatment, after which it is subjected to the aerobic treatment using the activated sludge method, and the resulting biogas is used to generate energy electricity and heat used in the main process.
