Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i kolorystyce jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na rysunku, na któiym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu w kierunku strzalki „S" na fig. 1, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w przekroju osiowym wzdluz linii A-A. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt bryly skorupowej, posiadajacej w widoku z góry i od spodu ksztalt soczewki dwuwypuklej o zróznicowanych wymiarach podluznych osi podstawy soczewkowej i kopuly soczewkowej tej bryly, przy czym wypukle scianki tego uchwytu polaczone sa z soba na koncach malymi promieniami, tworzacymi boczne scianki promieniowe, usytuowane pod katem rozwartym do poziomej soczewkowej podstawy, które w górnej czesci wraz z przednia i tylna scianka wypukla przechodza w obwodowe odsadzenie promieniowe, tworzace ksztalt kopuly soczewkowej. W osi symetrii kopuly soczewkowej znajduje sie gniazdo, równiez o ksztalcie soczewki dwuwypuklej, z osadzona w nim wkladka o tym samym profilu, której górna powierzchnia zlicowana jest z pozostala górna powierzchnia tworzaca kopule uchwytu, przy czym wkladka ta ma kolor kontrastujacy z kolorem pozostalej czesci uchwytu. Wkladka ta swymi koncami opiera sie o scianki poziome o profilu zblizonym do trójkatnego, zaopatrzone od spodu w tulejki z otworem kwadratowym usytuowane prostopadle do podstawy soczewkowej uchwytu i lezace w plaszczyznie jego podstawy oraz polaczone zebrami z wewnetrznymi wypuklymi jego sciankami.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy w ksztalcie bryly skorupowej pokazany na rysunku fig. 1-4 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - w widoku z góry i od spodu posiada ksztalt soczewki dwuwypuklej o zróznicowanych wymiarach podluznych osi podstawy soczewkowej i kopuly soczewkowej tej bryly, przy czym wypukle scianki tego uchwytu polaczone sa z soba na koncach malymi promieniami, tworzacymi boczne scianki promieniowe, usytuowane pod katem rozwartym do poziomej soczewkowej podstawy, które w górnej czesci wraz z przednia i tylna scianka wypukla przechodza w obwodowe odsadzenie promieniowe, tworzace ksztalt kopuly soczewkowej; - w osi symetrii kopuly soczewkowej znajduje sie gniazdo, równiez o ksztalcie soczewki dwuwypuklej, z osadzona w nim wkladka o tym samym profilu, której górna powierzchnia zlicowana jest z pozostala górna powierzchnia tworzaca kopule uchwytu, przy czym wkladka ta ma kolor kontrastujacy z kolorem pozostalej czesci uchwytu; - zaopatrzony jest w dwie tulejki usytuowane prostopadle do jego podstawy soczewkowej i lezace w plaszczyznie tej podstawy oraz polaczone zebrami z wewnetrznymi wypuklymi jego sciankami. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle used as a fitting for doors, drawers, and doors. The new and original form of the design is reflected in its shape and the colors of its elements. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a front view, Fig. 2 - the same handle in a top view, Fig. 3 - the same handle in a bottom view in the direction of the "S" arrow in Fig. 1, and Fig. 4 - the same handle in an axial cross-section along the line A-A. The furniture handle according to the industrial design has the shape of a shell-shaped solid, having in the top and bottom view the shape of a biconvex lens with different longitudinal dimensions of the axis of the lens base and the lens dome of this solid, wherein the convex walls of this handle are connected to each other at the ends by small radii, forming radial side walls, situated at an obtuse angle to the horizontal lens base, which in the upper part, together with the front and rear convex walls, turn into a circumferential radial offset, forming the shape of a lens dome. In the axis of symmetry of the lens dome there is a socket, also in the shape of a biconvex lens, with an insert of the same profile embedded in it, the upper surface of which is flush with the remaining upper surface forming the dome of the handle, and this insert has a colour contrasting with the colour of the remaining part of the handle. This insert rests with its ends on horizontal walls with a profile close to a triangular one, provided at the bottom with sleeves with a square hole situated perpendicularly to the lens base of the handle and lying in the plane of its base and connected by ribs to its internal convex walls. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle in the shape of a shell-shaped solid shown in fig. 1-4 is characterized by the following: - in the top and bottom view it has the shape of a biconvex lens with varied longitudinal dimensions of the axis of the lens base and the lens dome of this solid, wherein the convex walls of this handle are connected to each other at the ends by small radii, forming radial side walls situated at an obtuse angle to the horizontal lens base, which in the upper part together with the front and rear convex walls they turn into a circumferential radial offset, creating the shape of a lenticular dome; - in the axis of symmetry of the lenticular dome there is a socket, also in the shape of a biconvex lens, with an insert of the same profile embedded in it, the upper surface of which is flush with the remaining upper surface forming the dome of the handle, and this insert has a color contrasting with the color of the remaining part of the handle; - it is equipped with two sleeves situated perpendicular to its lenticular base and lying in the plane of this base and connected by ribs to its internal convex walls.
