Abstract
W celu zapewnienia optymalnego namrażania lodu na wężownicy bądź płytach, a następnie równomiernego jego topienia, należy precyzyjnie skierować wlotowy strumień wody chłodzonej. Do tego celu zastosowano kierownice w postaci blach z wytłoczonymi dyszami. Wymuszają one przepływ wody wzdłuż każdej z rur wężownicy. W sytuacji braku przepływu wody, czyli w fazie akumulacji lodu, przepływ wymusza dodatkowa pompa cyrkulacyjna. System mieszania wody w oziębiaczu wody, będący przedmiotem niniejszego zgłoszenia wyróżnia się od obecnych znanych i stosowanych rozwiązań wyższą skutecznością, wynikającą z precyzyjnego kierowania strumienia wody dokładnie w obszar wymiany ciepła, a w szczególności namrażania lodu. Pozwala on na równoczesne realizowanie procesu akumulacji i rozładowania. W rezultacie zastosowania opisanej innowacji, poprawiono efektywność procesu akumulacji oraz topienia lodu w oziębiaczu akumulacyjnym. Rozwiązanie przedstawiono na rysunku.In order to ensure optimal freezing of ice on the coil or plates, and then its even melting, the inlet cooling water stream should be directed precisely. For this purpose, blades in the form of sheets with embossed nozzles were used. They force water to flow along each coil pipe. In the absence of water flow, i.e. in the ice accumulation phase, an additional circulation pump is forced to flow. The water mixing system in the water cooler, which is the subject of this application, stands out from the current known and used solutions by higher efficiency, resulting from the precise directing of the water stream exactly in the area of heat exchange, in particular ice freezing. It allows the simultaneous implementation of the accumulation and discharge process. As a result of the application of the described innovation, the efficiency of the process of accumulation and melting of ice in the accumulation cooler has been improved. The solution is shown in the figure.
