Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania nawozu organicznego z ustabilizowanych komunalnych osadów ściekowych, który charakteryzuje się tym, że mieszaninę powstałą z osadów ściekowych o uwodnieniu 75% (64% wagowo), mączki dolomitowej o uziarnieniu 0,2 mm (30% wagowo), wapna palonego (5% wagowo) i włókien celulozowych (1% wagowo) wprowadza się do mieszalnika dynamicznego przeciwbrzeżnego, a następnie do granulatora talerzowego i do suszarni, gdzie osad suszony jest w temperaturze 105 - 140°C, korzystnie w czasie 2h. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także nawóz organiczny z ustabilizowanych komunalnych osadów ściekowych.The subject of the application is the method of obtaining organic fertilizer from stabilized municipal sewage sludge, which is characterized by the fact that the mixture formed from sewage sludge with hydration of 75% (64% by weight), dolomite flour with 0.2 mm (30% by weight), quicklime (5% by weight) and cellulose fibers (1% by weight) are introduced into a dynamic counter-mixer, and then into a plate granulator and a dryer, where the sludge is dried at 105 - 140 ° C, preferably during 2 hours.
