Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób łączenia spawaniem wiązką lasera elementów konstrukcyjnych ze stali wysokowytrzymałej o gwarantowanej granicy plastyczności 1300 MPa po obróbce cieplnej. Sposób polega na przygotowaniu obróbką mechaniczną i/lub strumieniowo - ścierną brzegów łączonych elementów o grubości od 4 do 6 mm, po czym zestawia się je ze sobą i tworzy szczelinę od 0,001 mm do 0,2 mm, korzystnie wstępnie podgrzewa się brzegi do temperatury 50 - 150°C i łączy się, bez materiału dodatkowego, przez spawanie bezpośrednio wiązką lasera o mocy od 3000 W do 5000 W. Do złącza spawanego wprowadza się ilość ciepła od 7,7 kJ/m do 12,6 kJ/m. Korzystnie wytwarza się spoinę o niewklęsłym licu i niewklęsłej grani. Korzystnie wytrzymałość na rozciąganie złącza spawanego wynosi co najmniej 1200 MPa.The subject of the invention is a method of laser beam welding of structural elements made of high-strength steel with a guaranteed yield strength of 1300 MPa after heat treatment. The method involves preparation by mechanical and / or abrasive blasting of edges of joined elements with a thickness of 4 to 6 mm, after which they are put together and form a gap from 0.001 mm to 0.2 mm, preferably the edges are preheated to 50 - 150 ° C and joins, without additional material, by welding directly with a laser beam with a power of 3000 W to 5000 W. A heat quantity of 7.7 kJ / m to 12.6 kJ / m is introduced into the welded joint. Preferably, a weld with a concave face and a concave ridge is produced. Preferably, the tensile strength of the welded joint is at least 1200 MPa.
