Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest separator do przeżyciowego rozdzielania żywych poczwarek owadów z mieszaniny zawierającej ich wylinki oraz martwe imago, posiadający sekcję separacji tryboelektrostatycznej wyposażoną w napędzany transmisyjny pas, który elektryzowany jest elektryzującą szczotką umieszczoną przed pojemnikiem. Na jego końcu znajduje się element zgarniający, przy czym pojemnik znajduje się pod pasem, a pas wykonany jest z materiału ulegającego elektryzacji. Separator charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada dodatkowo sekcję miażdżenia (B) i sekcję separacji (C) na sicie, przy czym sekcja miażdżenia (B) zbudowana jest z taśmy (8) i miażdżącego obrotowego walca (9), a sekcja separacji (C) na sicie posiada drgające sito (10). Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też sposób prowadzenia rozdziału, w którym prowadzi się przeżyciową tryboelektrostatyczną separację żywych poczwarek, charakteryzujący się tym, że otrzymaną mieszaninę wylinek oraz martwych imago poddaje się miażdżeniu z zastosowaniem obrotowego walca (9) i tak otrzymaną mieszaninę przesiewa się, a rozdział prowadzi się przy wilgotności względnej powietrza nie większej niż 60%.The subject of the application is a separator for the experimental separation of live insect pupae from a mixture containing their moult and dead imago, having a triboelectrostatic separation section equipped with a driven transmission belt, which is electrified with an electrifying brush placed in front of the container. At its end there is a scraping element, the container is under the belt and the belt is made of electrifying material. The separator is characterized in that it additionally has a crushing section (B) and a separation section (C) on the sieve, where the crushing section (B) is composed of a belt (8) and a crushing rotary roller (9), and the separation section (C) it has a vibrating sieve (10) on the sieve. The subject of the application is also a way of conducting separation, in which the experimental triboelectrostatic separation of live pupae is carried out, characterized by the fact that the obtained mixture of moult and dead imago is crushed using a rotary roller (9) and the mixture obtained is screened and the separation is carried out at relative humidity of air not exceeding 60%.
