Sposób magazynowania energii w pojeździe samochodowym w postaci sprężonego powietrza i energii cieplnej charakteryzuje się tym, że w przestrzeni pojazdu samochodowego przewidzianej do rozmieszczenia pojemników na sprężone powietrze umieszczona jest szczelna skrzynia (1) wpisująca się swoimi ścianami w graniczne powierzchnie tej przestrzeni, skrzynia (1) zaś posiada izolację termiczną (3) ścian, a wewnątrz niej umieszczone są co najmniej dwa zbiorniki (2) sprężonego powietrza o kształtach walców, toroidów, kul, elipsoid albo połączenia tych brył, zaś przestrzeń skrzyni (1) niezajęta przez zbiorniki (2) sprężonego powietrza zalewana jest ciekłym nośnikiem ciepła (4) podczas uzupełniania sprężonego powietrza, natomiast podczas zużywania sprężonego powietrza do napędu pojazdu ciekły nośnik ciepła (4) używany jest do podgrzewania sprężonego powietrza.The method of energy storage in a vehicle in the form of compressed air and heat energy is characterized by the fact that in the space of the vehicle intended for the arrangement of compressed air containers there is a sealed box (1) fitting its walls into the boundary surfaces of this space, box (1) and it has thermal insulation (3) of the walls, and inside it are placed at least two tanks (2) of compressed air in the shape of cylinders, toroids, balls, ellipsoids or combinations of these solids, and the space of the box (1) not occupied by tanks (2) of compressed air is flooded with a liquid heat carrier (4) when topping up compressed air, while when compressed air is used to drive a vehicle, the liquid heat carrier (4) is used to heat compressed air.
