Abstract

Urządzenie składa się z tłoka (1) dwustronnego działania przemieszczającego się wzdłuż cylindra (2) pod działaniem różnicy ciśnień po obu jego stronach, przy czym cylinder (2) jest zamknięty pokrywami (4, 5), w których są wykonane kanały dopływowe (6) i wypływowe (7) cieczy, a do tłoka (1) jest dołączony magnes (10) będący elementem układu pomiarowego wydatku cieczy. W skład układu pomiarowego wydatku cieczy wchodzi magnetostrykcyjny enkoder liniowy (11), zamocowany nieruchomo względem pokryw (4, 5), określający przesunięcie liniowe tłoka (1) na podstawie liniowego przemieszczenia magnesu (10), przy czym magnes (10) jest zamocowany sztywno do tłoka (1) za pośrednictwem pręta osadzonego przesuwnie w pierwszej pokrywie (4), posiadającej kanał dopływowy (6) łączący część dopływową cylindra (2) po jednej stronie tłoka (1) z zewnętrznym źródłem ciśnienia.The device consists of a piston (1) of double-acting moving along the cylinder (2) under the action of pressure difference on both sides, the cylinder (2) is closed by covers (4, 5) in which the inlet channels (6) are made and discharge (7) of liquid, and the piston (1) is connected to a magnet (10) which is part of the liquid flow measuring system.
