Abstract

Przedstawiono na rysunku proces obróbki wytworzonej wody, uzyskiwanej podczas wydobywania ropy naftowej. Wytworzoną wodę poddaje się procesowi zmiękczania, w którym do wytworzonej wody dodaje się środek kaustyczny lub inny odczynnik zmiękczający w celu zwiększenia pH wytworzonej wody. Poniżej zmiękczania zastosowano wyparkę do odparowywania co najmniej części wytworzonej wody i wytwarzania pary wodnej i zatężonej solanki. Co najmniej część zatężonej solanki zostaje skierowana do punktu po stronie dopływu do wyparki i zmieszana z wytworzoną wodą i odczynnikiem zmiękczającym w celu ulepszenia procesu zmiękczania.
