Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania membran polimerowych modyfikowanych nanorurkami tytanianowymi, metodą inwersji faz - wariant mokry, z użyciem polieterosulfonu, który charakteryzuje się tym, że polieterosulfon w ilości 10 - 20% masowych miesza się z rozpuszczalnikiem w postaci N,N-dimetyloformamidu oraz nanorurkami tytanianowymi jako modyfikatorem w ilości od 2 do 10% masowych w stosunku do polieterosulfonu. W sposobie stosuje się nanorurki tytanianowe otrzymane metodą hydrotermalną, o średnicy wewnętrznej w zakresie 2,8 nm - 4,6 nm, a zewnętrznej 6,4 nm - 9,1 nm, o powierzchni właściwej SBET = 370 - 390 m2/g. Wykorzystując metodę inwersji faz jako nierozpuszczalnik stosuje się wodę destylowaną. W celu wymieszania nanorurek tytanianowych z rozpuszczalnikiem oraz polimerem stosuje się ultradźwięki.The subject of the application is a method of obtaining polymer membranes modified with titanate nanotubes, phase inversion method - wet variant, using polyethersulfone, which is characterized in that 10 - 20% by mass of polyethersulfone is mixed with a solvent in the form of N, N-dimethylformamide and titanate nanotubes as a modifier in an amount of 2 to 10% by mass in relation to polyethersulfone. The process uses titanate nanotubes obtained by the hydrothermal method, with an internal diameter in the range of 2.8 nm - 4.6 nm and an external diameter of 6.4 nm - 9.1 nm, with a specific surface area of SBET = 370 - 390 m2 / g. Using the phase inversion method, distilled water is used as the solvent. Ultrasound is used to mix titanate nanotubes with a solvent and a polymer.
