Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu wykonania powłoki ochronnej na powierzchni stalowej detali i kontenerów, do logistyki i transportu wewnętrznego, który polega na tym, że przed położeniem powłok detale i/lub kontenery poddaje się procesowi przygotowawczemu, który polega na wstępnym odtłuszczaniu i trawieniu kwaśnym, odtłuszczaniu elektrochemicznym, a następnie tak przygotowane, kontenery i/lub detale pokrywa się powłoką cynk - nikiel metodą elektrolizy ze stężeniem niklu w elektrolizie w wysokości 13 - 29% Ni i gęstością prądu od 2,5 do 3,5 A/dm2 w temp. 30 - 40° i czasie 60 - 80 min., zaś po wykonaniu powłoki wykonuje się pasywację bezchromową i proces suszenia.
