Abstract
Zgłoszenie opisuje stent zastawki aortalnej wszczepianej przezcewnikowo, który jest samorozprężalny o kształcie kielichowym i wykonany jest korzystnie z nitynolu. Składa się on z dwóch części: części górnej oraz części dolnej. Część dolną stanowi siatka (1) rozmieszczona tak, że tworzy niejako ścianę walca na całej wysokości tego elementu. Natomiast część górną stentu stanowią wyprowadzone z siatki (1) w górę i rozmieszczone w równych odstępach trzy ramiona (2), których wysokość jest nieco większa niż wysokość siatki (1), nieco mniejsza niż wysokość siatki (1) albo równa jej wysokości. Ramiona (2) stentu ukształtowane są w taki sposób, że tworzą razem niejako obrys obłej czaszy kielicha, a ich końcowa, peryferyjna część korzystnie jest prosta i także nachylona do środka. Na końcu każdego z ramion (2) umieszczony jest górny znacznik (3) zastawki, a każdemu górnemu znacznikowi (3) odpowiada znacznik dolny (8), który umieszczony jest w dole, czyli po przeciwnej stronie i pod danym ramieniem (2).
