Sposób audytowania stanu wiedzy, umiejętności i ostrożności pracowników oraz ich motywowania w programie "security awareness" charakteryzuje się tym, że tworzone są algorytmy automatycznego audytowania pracowników w adaptacyjnym w programie "security awareness" (1), gdzie wirtualny mentor (6) na podstawie wzorcowych programów motywacyjnych audytu bezpieczeństwa (2) tworzy indywidualne programy motywacyjne pracowników i kadry zarządzającej. Po czym wirtualny mentor (6) na podstawie macierzy budowania świadomości (4) oraz macierzy wymagań kształcenia (5) ustala listę z raportem ataków na komputer i dokonuje zmiany w macierzy. Następnie wirtualny mentor (6) opracowuje funkcje rozwoju motywacji (8) i przekazuje ją poprzez moduł powiadamiania pracownika (7).The way of auditing the state of knowledge, skills and caution of employees and motivating them in the "security awareness" program is characterized by the fact that algorithms are created for automatic auditing of employees in the adaptive program in the "security awareness" program (1), where the virtual mentor (6) based on benchmarks security audit incentive programs (2) creates individual employee and managerial incentive programs. Then the virtual mentor (6) based on the awareness building matrix (4) and the education requirements matrix (5) sets the list with the report of attacks on the computer and makes changes in the matrix. Then the virtual mentor (6) develops the motivation development functions (8) and transmits it through the employee notification module (7).
