Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest element hydrauliczny obrotowo łopatkowy, którego korpus, mający wewnętrzną przestrzeń hydrauliczną w kształcie bryły toroid (toroidalną) o osi obrotu (X - X), jest podzielony płaszczyzną (A - A), przechodzącą przez tę przestrzeń prostopadle do osi obrotu (X - X), a w przypadku przestrzeni w kształcie toroida kołowego (torusa) - płaszczyzną (A - A), przechodzącą przez środek koła opisującego tę przestrzeń na część ruchomą (1.1) (rotor) i część stacjonarną (1.2) (stator). Obydwie części korpusu są zespolone dwoma pierścieniami (1.7a i 1.7b), przymocowanymi koncentrycznie po obu stronach przestrzeni hydraulicznej do krawędzi jednej części korpusu i zachodzącymi promieniowo na drugą część, tworząc z obiema częściami korpusu dwa koncentryczne łożyska wieńcowe, utrzymujące rotor i stator w jednym położeniu osiowo promieniowym względem siebie i umożliwiające rotorowi obracanie się względem statora wokół wspólnej osi obrotu (X - X). W wewnętrznej przestrzeni znajdują się łopatki (1.11a i 1.11b) o przekroju tej przestrzeni, przymocowane na przemian do rotora i statora, dzielące tę przestrzeń na oddzielne komory hydrauliczne. Dzięki możliwości obracania się rotora względem statora, razem z przymocowanymi łopatkami, zgłaszany wynalazek może być zastosowany na przykład jako siłownik obrotowy, różnego rodzaju zawór, pompa lub jeszcze inny element funkcyjny.The subject of the invention is a rotary vane hydraulic element whose body, having a toroidal (toroidal) internal hydraulic space with a rotation axis (X - X), is divided by a plane (A - A) passing through this space perpendicular to the rotation axis (X - X), and in the case of a circular toroid (torus) space - a plane (A - A), passing through the center of the circle describing this space to the movable part (1.1) (rotor) and stationary part (1.2) (stator). Both parts of the body are joined by two rings (1.7a and 1.7b), attached concentrically on both sides of the hydraulic space to the edge of one part of the body and overlapping the other part radially, forming with both body parts two concentric rim bearings, holding the rotor and stator in one position axially radial to each other and enabling the rotor to rotate relative to the stator about a common axis of rotation (X - X). In the inner space there are blades (1.11a and 1.11b) with a cross-section of this space, alternately attached to the rotor and stator, dividing this space into separate hydraulic chambers. Due to the rotor's ability to rotate relative to the stator, together with the blades attached, the present invention can be used, for example, as a rotary actuator, various types of valves, pumps or other functional elements.
