Przedmiotowy związek o wzorze 1, może znaleźć zastosowanie w terapii chorób nowotworowych.The application relates to 3,7, 11,15-tetramethyl-3-vinylhexadecanoic acid of formula 1 and the method of its preparation. The method of obtaining 3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-3-vinylhexadecanoic acid is that the phytol is carried out as a result of a two-step reaction to the acid of formula 1. The subject compound of formula 1 can be used in the therapy of cancer.
