Abstract
Rozdzielacz strumienia cieczy zawierających stałe zanieczyszczenia, umieszczony w separatorze przepompowni, posiadającym komorę połączoną z dolnym kanałem oraz górnym kanałem, charakteryzuje się tym, że ma kształt tulei (1), osadzonej wewnątrz dolnego kanału (2). W tulei, od strony komory separatora (5), zamocowane są do niej nierozłącznie w odstępach od siebie płaskie kliny (3), zakończone wypustami (4). Czołowe powierzchnie wypustów stykają się z klapą cedzącą (6). Na przeciwległym końcu tulei (1) jej przekrój poprzeczny jest zmniejszony skośnie usytuowaną przesłoną (7). Kliny (3) mają zwiększającą się wysokość w kierunku do komory separatora (5) i zamocowane są do powierzchni wewnętrznej tulei (1) w jej dolnej połowie. Wypusty (4) opierają się o krawędź tulei. Przesłona (7) znajduje się w miejscu łączenia dolnego kanału (2) z górnym kanałem (8).The liquid stream distributor containing solid impurities, located in the pumping station separator, having a chamber connected to the lower channel and the upper channel, is characterized by the shape of a sleeve (1), embedded inside the lower channel (2). In the bushing, from the separator chamber side (5), flat wedges (3) are permanently attached to it, spaced apart (4). The front surfaces of the splines are in contact with the strainer flap (6). At the opposite end of the sleeve (1), its cross-section is reduced by an obliquely positioned shutter (7). The wedges (3) have an increasing height towards the separator chamber (5) and are attached to the inner surface of the sleeve (1) in its lower half. The tabs (4) rest on the edge of the sleeve. The shutter (7) is in the place where the lower channel (2) is connected with the upper channel (8).
