Abstract
Urządzenie do pirolizy, charakteryzujące się tym, że komora reakcyjna składa się z korpusu (3) w kształcie rury o przekroju okrągłym. Wewnątrz niego umieszczony jest nieruchomy ślimak, w którego wnętrzu ukształtowane są celki. W korpusie (3) znajduje się umieszczony z nim współosiowo podajnik łopatkowy, na którego wale umocowane są na tulejach co najmniej trzy łopatki pozycjonujące i jedna łopatka robocza dla każdej celki. Celki rozciągają się na maksymalnie 4/5 długości wału podajnika łopatkowego od strony wlotu karbonizatu i znajdują się w dolnej połowie nieruchomego ślimaka, od strony jego wnętrza. Wszystkie celki są otwarte od góry. Objętość robocza celek zmniejsza się w kierunku wylotu karbonizatu. Celki połączone są ze sobą krawędziami pochylonymi do wylotu karbonizatu pod kątem. Na pozostałej części wału znajduje się pierwszy podajnik ślimakowy. Komora reakcyjna znajduje się pod kątem w zakresie od 20 do 45 stopni do podłoża, przy czym część urządzenia od podajnika łopatkowego znajduje się bliżej podłoża.
