Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest bezodpadowy sposób wytwarzania estrów metylowych wyższych kwasów tłuszczowych z oleju rzepakowego. Dzięki zastosowaniu procesu odkwaszania jako wstępnego etapu estryfikacji możliwe jest użycie surowców o wysokiej liczbie kwasowej. Podstawą proponowanej technologii jest proces transestryfikacji oleju rzepakowego z octanem metylu, prowadzony w obecności katalizatora zasadowego w temperaturze podwyższonej z mieszaniem wspomaganym ultradźwiękami. W wyniku procesu produkcji opisaną metodą transestryfikacji uzyskuje się mieszaninę estrów metylowych oleju rzepakowego i trioctanu gliceryny, którego zawartość stanowi ok. 6 - 8% zawartości całego produktu.The subject of the application is a waste-free method of producing higher fatty acid methyl esters from rapeseed oil. By using the deacidification process as the initial stage of esterification, it is possible to use raw materials with a high acid number. The basis of the proposed technology is the process of transesterification of rapeseed oil with methyl acetate, carried out in the presence of a basic catalyst at elevated temperature with ultrasonic assisted mixing. As a result of the production process described by the transesterification method, a mixture of rapeseed oil methyl esters and glycerine triacetate is obtained, the content of which is about 6 - 8% of the total product content.
