Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest magnetorezystancyjny detektor przesunięcia fazowego fal spinowych zawierający dwa falowody fal spinowych (2a) i (2b) usytuowane względem siebie ortogonalnie i umieszczone na płaskim podłożu. Pomiędzy falowodami fal spinowych (2a) i (2b), w miejscu ich skrzyżowania, jest umiejscowiona przekładka (3), która ma galwaniczne połączenie z falowodami fal spinowych (2a) i (2b), ponadto przy końcu każdego falowodu fal spinowych (2a) i (2b) jest umiejscowiony element wzbudzający fale spinowe (1a) i (1b).The subject of the application is a magnetoresistive phase shift detector of spin waves containing two spin wave waveguides (2a) and (2b) located orthogonally to each other and placed on a flat surface. Between the spinwaves (2a) and (2b), in the place of their intersection, there is a spacer (3), which has a galvanic connection with the spinwaves (2a) and (2b), in addition at the end of each spinwave (2a) and (2b) there is a spin wave exciter (1a) and (1b) located.
