Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kratka wentylacyjna. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie pobocznicy czesci czolowej kratki wentylacyjnej. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje kratke wentylacyjna w widoku bocznym, fig. 2 - kratke w widoku czolowym, a fig. 3 - powiekszony przekrój A-A zaznaczony na fig. 2. Kratka wentylacyjna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zawiera polozony na calym obwodzie kolnierz o plaskiej powierzchni zewnetrznej oraz czesc czolowa otoczona ramka o plaskiej powierzchni. Na powierzchni czolowej znajduja sie zaluzje. Przejscie plaskiej powierzchni zewnetrznej kolnierza w plaska czesc czolowa ma postac zaokraglonej pobocznicy o ksztalcie lagodnego luku. Kratka wentylacyjna moze miec ksztalt czworokata, kola lub owalu. Montowana moze byc wewnatrz budynku jak i na elewacji zewnetrznej . The essence of the industrial design is reflected in the shape of the side surface of the front part of the ventilation grille. The design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the ventilation grille in a side view, Fig. 2 shows the grille in a front view, and Fig. 3 shows an enlarged cross-section A-A, as shown in Fig. 2. The ventilation grille according to the industrial design comprises a circumferential flange with a flat outer surface and a front part surrounded by a frame with a flat surface. The front surface contains louvers. The transition from the flat outer surface of the flange to the flat front part is in the form of a rounded side surface in the shape of a gentle arc. The ventilation grille may be rectangular, circular, or oval. It can be installed both inside and on the exterior of a building.
