Abstract

Naprężacz zawiera ciśnieniowy mieszek (1) z dwoma tłokami (4, 5) połączonymi powłoką (2), zbiornik gazowy (11) połączony przewodem gazowym (12) z mieszkiem (1), oraz tłoczyska (7, 8) połączone z tłokami (4, 5) i rolkami prowadzącymi (6). Tłoczyska (7, 8), zewnętrzne i wewnętrzne, są wykonane w postaci elementów liniowych równoległych do osi mieszka (1), stanowiących prowadnice rolek (6), przy czym co najmniej dwa tłoczyska wewnętrzne (8) są połączone sztywno z pierwszym tłokiem (4), a co najmniej dwa tłoczyska zewnętrzne (7) są połączone sztywno z drugim tłokiem (5). W miejscach połączenia tłoczysk zewnętrznych (7) z drugim tłokiem (5) dołączone są rolki (6) oparte tocznie o tłoczyska wewnętrzne (8), a w miejscach połączenia pierwszego tłoka (4) z tłoczyskami wewnętrznymi (8) dołączone są rolki (6) oparte tocznie o tłoczyska zewnętrzne (7). Zewnętrzne końce tłoczysk (7, 8) są złączone z połączeniami krańcowymi (9, 10), usytuowanymi po przeciwległych stronach mieszka (1).The tensioner comprises a pressure bellows (1) with two pistons (4, 5) connected by a shell (2), a gas tank (11) connected by a gas line (12) to the bellows (1), and piston rods (7, 8) connected to pistons (4 , 5) and guide rollers (6). At the places of connection of the outer piston rods (7) with the second piston (5) there are rollers (6) supported rolling against the inner piston rods (8), and at the places of connection of the first piston (4) with the inner piston rods (8) there are rollers (6) supported rolling rods for external piston rods (7). The outer ends of the piston rods (7, 8) are connected to the end connections (9, 10), located on opposite sides of the bellows (1).
