Preforma ceramiczna do wytwarzania zbrojonej warstwy w odlewie żeliwnym lub staliwnym odpornych na ścieranie mająca postać kształtki prostopadłościennej charakteryzuje się tym, że ma otwory (1) o udziale objętościowym 5% do 25%, korzystnie 15%, przy czym odległość pomiędzy otworami (1) nie przekracza grubości 25 mm, natomiast masa preformy nie przekracza 15% masy metalu zbrojonej części odlewu.The ceramic preform for producing a reinforced layer in an iron or steel casting resistant to abrasion in the form of a rectangular shape is characterized by the fact that it has holes (1) with a volume fraction of 5% to 25%, preferably 15%, the distance between the holes (1) not it exceeds 25 mm in thickness, while the weight of the preform does not exceed 15% of the weight of the reinforced metal of the casting.
