Abstract

The subject of the invention is a distribution system for central heating in multi-family buildings. Its purpose is to improve the accuracy of accounting for heat costs in multi-family buildings and to create an additional incentive for tenants to save energy. This system has within the premises a radial arrangement of supply (3) and return (5) pipes, radiators (1) with thermostatic valves (6), shut-off valves (13, l4, 15 and 16), supply manifold (2), return manifold (4) and heat meter (8) is characterized in that the radiators (1) are connected to the supply manifold (2) with supply lines (3) with shut-off valves (15), thermostatic valves (6) and throttling elements (7) which are connected in parallel with the thermostatic valve (6). The arrangement of the throttling elements (7), the change of which is not available to the user of the premises and the placement of the shut-off valves (13, 14, 15 and 16) in a closed and sealed housing, which is also not available to the user of the premises, ensures reliable heat supply at a minimum, but at a sufficiently high level that marginalizes the importance of heat exchange between apartments for the accuracy of accounting for heat costs.
