Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest niskocementowy beton wysokoglinowy, stosowany zwłaszcza jako wyłożenie robocze urządzeń cieplnych przemysłu metalurgicznego. Składa się on z kruszywa wysokoglinowego o uziarnieniu 0,1 - 6,0 mm w ilości 70 - 75% masowych, mieszanki drobnoziarnistych składników w ilości 25 - 30% masowych, w tym surowca wysokoglinowego o uziarnieniu poniżej 0,1 mm, mikrokrzemionki, aktywnego tlenku glinu, cementu wysokoglinowego w ilości 2 - 4% masowych oraz dodatków i wody. Beton charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera dodatek w postaci kwasu ortofosforowego w ilości 6 - 8% w stosunku do masy suchych składników.The subject of the invention is low-cement high-alumina concrete, used in particular as a working lining of thermal devices of the metallurgical industry. It consists of high-aluminum aggregate with a grain size of 0.1 - 6.0 mm in an amount of 70 - 75% by mass, a mixture of fine-grained ingredients in an amount of 25 - 30% by mass, including high-alumina raw material with a grain size of less than 0.1 mm, microsilica, active alumina, high-alumina cement in an amount of 2 - 4% by mass, as well as additives and water. Concrete is characterized by the fact that it contains an additive in the form of orthophosphoric acid in an amount of 6 - 8% in relation to the weight of dry components.
