Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zastosowanie kompozytu polimerowo-węglowego, w którym w matrycy z nieprzewodzącego elektrycznie polimeru termoplastycznego, elastomeru lub siloksanu jest rozproszony wypełniacz w formie nanostruktur węglowych w ilości 0,1% do 10% wag. Przedmiotowy kompozyt otrzymuje się przez bezpośrednie wymieszanie płynnego polimeru i wypełniacza i utwardzenie, do selektywnego ekranowania promieniowania w zakresie 0,1-10 THz, o wydajności przekraczającej 10 dB przynajmniej w części wspomnianego zakresu terahercowego, przy czym stosowany kompozyt polimerowo-węglowy jest nieprzewodzący elektrycznie.The subject of the application is the use of a polymer-carbon composite in which a dispersed filler in the form of carbon nanostructures in the amount of 0.1% to 10% by weight in a matrix of electrically non-conductive thermoplastic polymer, elastomer or siloxane. The subject composite is obtained by direct mixing of a liquid polymer and filler and curing for selective shielding of radiation in the 0.1-10 THz range, with a capacity exceeding 10 dB at least in part of said terahertz range, wherein the polymer-carbon composite used is electrically non-conductive.
