Zgłoszenie dotyczy nowego związku (+)-6-metylo-1-pentylo-2,7-dioksabicyklo[4.1.0]heptan-3-ol, o wzorze 2 oraz sposobu jego otrzymywania na drodze mikrobiologicznej transformacji 6-metylo-1-pentylo-2,7-dioksabicyklo[4.1.0]heptan-3-on, o wzorze 1, za pomocą systemu enzymatycznego grzyba strzępkowego Didymosphaeria igniaria KCh6670. (+)-G-Metylo-1-pentylo-2,7-dioksabicyklo[4.1.0]heptan-3-ol, o wzorze 2, może znaleźć zastosowanie jako deterent pokarmowy w stosunku do szkodliwych gatunków owadów.The application concerns a new compound (+) - 6-methyl-1-pentyl-2,7-dioxabicyclo [4.1.0] heptan-3-ol, of formula 2 and the method of its preparation by microbiological transformation of 6-methyl-1-pentyl -2,7-dioxabicyclo [4.1.0] heptan-3-one, of formula 1, using Didymosphaeria igniaria KCh6670 filamentous fungal enzyme system. (+) - G-Methyl-1-pentyl-2,7-dioxabicyclo [4.1.0] heptan-3-ol, of formula 2, may be used as a food detector for harmful insect species.
