Abstract

Each partition (7) has internal channels flooded with cooling liquid in the form of a B-type dielectric with an evaporation temperature higher than the evaporation temperature of the liquid constituting the dielectric (8) and A, and each cover (6) has internal channels flooded with a cooling liquid in the form of a dielectric B.
