Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania mikrokapsułek politiouretanowych zawierających izocyjaniany stanowiące substancję naprawczą, przeznaczonych do samonaprawiających się kompozytów epoksydowych, polega na tym, że sporządza się mieszaninę chlorobenzenu z izocyjanianem, który w warunkach naturalnych jest cieczą i stanowi jednocześnie substancję naprawczą i składnik politiouretanowej powłoki mikrokapsułek, następnie mieszaninę tę dodaje się do roztworu gumy arabskiej w wodzie destylowanej, po czym wkrapla się tiol, podnosi się temperaturę mieszaniny do 60°C i całość miesza najpierw w tej temperaturze w czasie 1 godziny, a następnie w temperaturze pokojowej w czasie 1-2 godzin, po czym otrzymane mikrokapsułki w postaci izocyjanianu uwięzionego w otoczce politiouretanowej odwirowuje się i suszy. Sposób ten polega także na tym, że najpierw sporządza się jednorodną mieszaninę chlorobenzenu z prepolimerem tiouretanowym stanowiącym prepolimer powłoki politiouretanowej mikrokapsułek, w temperaturze 50°C, następnie mieszaninę tę miesza się z izocyjanianem stanowiącym substancję naprawczą będącym w warunkach normalnych cieczą i całość dodaje do roztworu gumy arabskiej w wodzie destylowanej, po czym wkrapla się tiol, podnosi się temperaturę mieszaniny do 60°C i całość miesza najpierw w tej temperaturze w czasie 1 godziny, a następnie w temperaturze pokojowej w czasie 1-2 godzin, po czym otrzymane mikrokapsułki w postaci izocyjanianu uwięzionego w otoczce politiouretanowej odwirowuje się i suszy. Sposób wytwarzania samonaprawiających się kompozytów epoksydowych, w drodze zmieszania żywicy epoksydowej z mikrokapsułkami zawierającymi substancję naprawczą oraz z utwardzaczem stosowanym do sieciowania żywicy epoksydowej, jak bezwodnik kwasu karboksylowego, amina I, II lub III-rzędowa, tiol, addukt fluorku boru, aż do uzyskania jednorodnej mieszaniny i wylania otrzymanej mieszaniny do formy silikonowej, charakteryzuje się tym, że jako mikrokapsułki z substancją naprawczą stosuje się mikrokapsułki otrzymane opisanymi wyżej sposobami.The subject of the application is a method of producing polythiourethane microcapsules containing isocyanate as a repair substance, intended for self-healing epoxy composites, it consists in preparing a mixture of chlorobenzene with isocyanate, which in natural conditions is a liquid and at the same time is a repair substance and a component of polythiourethane coating of microcapsules, then this mixture is added to a solution of gum arabic in distilled water, then thiol is added dropwise, the temperature of the mixture is raised to 60 ° C and the mixture is stirred first at this temperature for 1 hour, and then at room temperature for 1-2 hours, afterwards the obtained microcapsules in the form of isocyanate entrapped in a polythiourethane coating are centrifuged and dried. This method also consists in first preparing a homogeneous mixture of chlorobenzene with a thiourethane prepolymer as a prepolymer of a poly-polyurethane coating of microcapsules at 50 ° C, then this mixture is mixed with isocyanate as a corrective substance being a liquid and the whole is added to the gum solution Arabian in distilled water, after which the thiol is added dropwise, the temperature of the mixture is raised to 60 ° C and the mixture is stirred first at this temperature for 1 hour, and then at room temperature for 1-2 hours, after which the obtained microcapsules in the form of isocyanate trapped in a polyurethane sheath, centrifuged and dried. A method for producing self-healing epoxy composites by mixing epoxy resin with a repair microcapsule and with a hardener used to crosslink epoxy resin, such as carboxylic anhydride, I, II or tertiary amine, thiol, boron fluoride adduct until homogeneous mixtures and pouring the resulting mixture into a silicone mold, characterized in that the microcapsules with the repair substance are microcapsules obtained by the methods described above.
