Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób i układ magazynowania ciepła albo chłodu w pojazdach z napędem elektrycznym, który charakteryzuje się tym że moduły (T1 i T2) pomiaru temperatury połączone są z falownikiem (f) poprzez moduł (MS) sterujący oraz szyny (SS) prądu stałego połączone są z falownikiem (f). Natomiast falownik (f) połączony jest ze sprężarką (SP), która połączona jest dwoma przewodami z pierwszym i drugim złączem zaworu (ZD4) czterodrogowego, zaś zawór (Z4D) czterodrogowy połączony jest z trzecim złączem ze skraplaczem - parownikiem (SK/PR), który połączony jest równolegle z dwoma zaworami (ZR1 i ZR2) rozprężnymi. Natomiast zawory rozprężne połączone są odwrotnie równolegle ze sobą. Zaś zawory (ZR1 i ZR2) rozprężne połączone są z drugim złączem wymiennika (WP) płytowego, przy czym wymiennik (WP) płytowy połączony jest pierwszym złączem z czwartym złączem zaworu (Z4D) czterodrogowego. Natomiast trzecie złącze wymiennika (WP) płytowego połączone jest z wymiennikiem (WC) ciepła oraz z trzecim zaworem (Z3) sterowanym, zaś wymiennik ciepła (WC) połączony jest poprzez pierwszy zawór (Z1) sterowany i drugi zawór (Z2) sterowany z magazynem (MC) ciepła i chłodu, który połączony jest z pompą (PO) obiegową. Natomiast pompa (PO) obiegowa połączona jest z czwartym złączem wymiennika (WP) płytowego. Oraz trzeci zawór (Z3) sterowany połączony jest pomiędzy pierwszy zawór (Z1) sterowany i drugi zawór (Z2) sterowany. Natomiast trzeci zawór (Z3) sterowany połączony jest poprzez czwarty zawór (Z4) sterowany pomiędzy magazynem (MC) ciepła i chłodu a pompą (PO) obiegową.The subject of the invention is a method and system of heat or cold storage in electric vehicles, which is characterized by the fact that the temperature measurement modules (T1 and T2) are connected to the inverter (f) via the control module (MS) and direct current buses (SS) are with inverter (f). The inverter (f) is connected to the compressor (SP), which is connected by two wires to the first and second four-way valve connector (ZD4), while the four-way valve (Z4D) is connected to the third connector with the condenser - evaporator (SK / PR), which is connected in parallel with two expansion valves (ZR1 and ZR2). The expansion valves are inversely connected in parallel with each other. The expansion valves (ZR1 and ZR2) are connected to the second plate heat exchanger (WP) connector, while the plate heat exchanger (WP) is connected to the first four-way valve connector (Z4D). Whereas the third connector of the plate heat exchanger (WP) is connected to the heat exchanger (WC) and the third controlled valve (Z3), while the heat exchanger (WC) is connected by the first controlled valve (Z1) and the second controlled valve (Z2) MC) heat and cold, which is connected to the circulation pump (PO). The circulation pump (PO) is connected to the fourth plate heat exchanger (WP) connector. And the third controlled valve (Z3) is connected between the first controlled valve (Z1) and the second controlled valve (Z2). Whereas the third controlled valve (Z3) is connected by the fourth valve (Z4) controlled between the heat and cold storage (MC) and the circulation pump (PO).
