Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy nowego hydroksylaktonu 9-hydroxy-2,4,4-trimetylo-9-oksabicyklo[4.3.0]nonan-8-on, o wzorze 2, oraz sposobu jego otrzymywania na drodze transformacji mikrobiologicznej 2,4,4-trimetylo-9-oksabicyklo[4.3.0]non-2-en-8-on, o wzorze 1, za pomocą systemu enzymatycznego szczepu grzyba Penicillium vermiculatum AM30. Związek ten wykazuje aktywność przeciwdrobnoustrojową, polegającą na hamowaniu wzrostu mikroorganizmów: bakterii: Bacillus subtilis B5, Pseudomonas fluorescens W1 oraz grzybów strzępkowych Fusarium linii A3 i może znaleźć zastosowanie w przemyśle spożywczym do ochrony produktów żywnościowych. The invention relates to a new hydroxylactone 9-hydroxy-2,4,4-trimethyl-9-oxabicyclo [4.3.0] nonan-8-one, of formula 2, and a method for its preparation by means of microbiological transformation of 2,4,4-trimethyl- 9-oxabicyclo [4.3.0] non-2-en-8-one, of formula 1, by means of the enzyme system of the fungal strain Penicillium vermiculatum AM30. This compound exhibits antimicrobial activity, consisting in inhibiting the growth of microorganisms: bacteria: Bacillus subtilis B5, Pseudomonas fluorescens W1 and filamentous fungi Fusarium line A3, and can be used in the food industry to protect food products.
