Abstract

Dwufazowy termosyfonowy wymiennik ciepła jest wyposażony w rzędy usytuowanych pionowo, ożebrowanych indywidualnie, zamkniętych z obu stron rurek, wypełnionych czynnikiem chłodniczym, umieszczonych wewnątrz dwuczęściowej obudowy. Dolna krawędź górnej części (4) i górna krawędź dolnej części (5) obudowy są otoczone kołnierzami i z których górna część (4) obudowy jest wyposażona w króćce do doprowadzania i odprowadzania czynnika ogrzewanego, zaś dolna część (5) obudowy w króćce do doprowadzania i odprowadzania czynnika grzewczego. Rurki są umieszczone względem siebie tak, że rurki każdego rzędu rurek są usytuowane między rurkami rzędów rurek z nim sąsiadujących. The tube parts embedded in the holes of the modular board (3) are not ribbed. Each tube is closed on both sides with plugs or on one side with a plug, and on the other with a refrigeration valve and filled with refrigerant. In addition, the heat exchanger is equipped with flow turbulators located in the spaces between the tubes, at least equal to the length of the tubes.
