Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania stabilnych suspensji nanocząstek srebra o dodatnim ładunku powierzchniowym, na drodze redukcji chemicznej, z użyciem nieorganicznego czynnika redukującego, rozpuszczalnych w wodzie soli srebra jako źródła jonów srebra, a zwłaszcza azotanu(V) srebra lub octanu srebra oraz 2-aminotioetanolu jako stabilizatora. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że jony srebra, wprowadzone do wodnego środowiska reakcji w postaci azotanu(V) srebra lub octanu srebra, kompleksuje się 2-aminotioetanolem, wprowadzonym do środowiska reakcji w postaci chlorowodorku, po czym dokonuje się redukcji chemicznej skompleksowanych jonów srebra, stosując jako reduktor borowodorek sodu, w stężeniu molowym w mieszaninie reakcyjnej wynoszącym od 0,12 mM do 6,7 mM, przy czym roztwór reduktora wprowadza się do zakwaszonego roztworu kompleksów jonów srebra z 2-aminotioetanolem, zachowując pH mieszaniny reakcyjnej w przedziale od 2 do 4.The subject of the application is a method for producing stable suspensions of silver nanoparticles with a positive surface charge, by chemical reduction, using an inorganic reducing agent, water-soluble silver salts as a source of silver ions, in particular silver nitrate (V) or silver acetate and 2-aminothioethanol as stabilizer. This method is characterized by the fact that silver ions, introduced into the aqueous reaction environment in the form of silver nitrate or silver acetate, are complexed with 2-aminothioethanol, introduced into the reaction environment in the form of the hydrochloride, followed by chemical reduction of the complexed silver ions, using sodium borohydride as a reducer, at a molar concentration in the reaction mixture of 0.12 mM to 6.7 mM, the reducing agent solution being introduced into the acidified solution of silver ion complexes with 2-aminothioethanol, maintaining the pH of the reaction mixture in the range from 2 to 4.
