Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja do hydrofobizacji powierzchni i sposób jej nakładania na elementy konstrukcyjne. Kompozycja ta jest przeznaczona do przestrzennego pokrywania i spoinowania elementów konstrukcyjnych, zwłaszcza profili i charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera 90 - 95 części wagowych wodnej dyspersji poliuretanowej, modyfikowanej silikonem o zawartości części stałych od 30 do 33% i lepkości około 200 mPas, wymieszanej z 1 do 2 częściami wagowymi hydrofobowej krzemionki płomieniowej o frakcji nie przekraczających 50 mikronów wielkości cząstek oraz z 0,1 do 1,0 częściami wagowymi środka antypiennego, uzupełniona wodą do 100%. Sposób nakładania kompozycji do hydrofobizacji powierzchni na elementy konstrukcyjne, polegający na oklejeniu surowych profili MDF zadrukowanym papierem, charakteryzuje się tym, że papier jest zadrukowany i przekazywany do modułu pokrywania kompozycją do hydrofobizacji powierzchni, a po jej naniesieniu suszony i tak przygotowany papier pokrywany jest klejem w ilości 50 do 110 g/m2 i przez system rolkowy łączony jest z surowymi profilami MDF, następnie chłodzony w temperaturze pokojowej do trwałego związania papieru z profilem.The subject of the application is a composition for surface hydrophobization and the method of its application on structural elements. This composition is intended for the spatial covering and grouting of structural elements, especially profiles, and is characterized in that it contains 90 - 95 parts by weight of a polyurethane water dispersion, modified with silicone with a solids content of 30 to 33% and a viscosity of about 200 mPas, mixed with 1 up to 2 parts by weight of hydrophobic flame silica with a fraction not exceeding 50 microns in particle size and with 0.1 to 1.0 parts by weight of antifoaming agent, supplemented with water to 100%. The method of applying the composition for surface hydrophobization to construction elements, consisting of covering raw MDF profiles with printed paper, is characterized by the fact that the paper is printed and transferred to the module covering the composition with surface hydrophobization, and after applying dried and prepared paper is covered with glue in 50 to 110 g / m2 and through a roller system is combined with raw MDF profiles, then cooled at room temperature for permanent binding of paper to the profile.
