Abstract
The invention relates to a monolithic small arms projectile with threaded barrels having a cylindrical front guide profile (CP) with a diameter less than or equal to the diameter of the fields (oP) of the threaded barrel of a firearm, with a characteristic short warhead (CG) of a semi-circular or conical shape, and the method of its production. This projectile is characterized by the fact that the center of gravity (SC) of the whole projectile lies in the front, cylindrical guiding part, and the rear leading part (CW), lying outside the center of gravity (SC) of the whole projectile, has radial profiling in the form of relief grooves (RO) with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the fields (oP) of the threaded barrel conduit and lead rings (PW) with a diameter equal to or less than the diameter of the furrows (oB) of the threaded barrel conduit, arranged in the configuration: guide ring - relieving groove - guide ring or multiple repetitions of this configuration so that the total number of guiding rings (PW) of the projectile is always twice the number of relieving grooves (RO) of the projectile. The method of producing the projectile is that the guiding part of the projectile (CP) is calibrated independently to the diameter smaller or equal to the diameter of the fields (oP) of the threaded barrel duct, and the radial profiling of the projectile leading part (CW) in the form of relief grooves (RO) and guide rings (PW), is produced during one technological operation, using the effect of upsetting of the homogeneous bullet material along the edge of the cut radial relief groove (RO) to make the lead rings (PW) and calibrates independently to the diameter smaller or equal to the diameter of the furrows (oB) of the threaded barrel .
