Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest odswiezacz powietrza przeznaczony glównie do umieszczania w kratkach wylotu powietrza pojazdów samochodowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w nowym oryginalnym ksztalcie. Znane i stosowane dotychczas odswiezacze powietrza stosowane w samochodzie przyjmowaly zupelnie odmienne ksztalty, bowiem element zapachowy umieszczony byl we wnetrzu. Zastosowanie pojemnika z substancja zapachowa zupelnie zmienia ksztalt przedmiotu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia odswiezacz w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 odswiezacz w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 odswiezacz w widoku z boku, natomiast fig. 4 przedstawia druga odmiane wzoru przemyslowego w widoku z przodu. Odswiezacz ma postac okregu, który tworzy podstawe odswiezacza i w przedniej czesci polaczony jest z wymienna ozdobna nasadka. Charakterystyczne dla tej formy jest to, ze w dolnej czesci okregu sa dwie nadlewki tworzace ograniczenie dla pojemnika z substancja zapachowa. Podstawa z tylu posiada trzy otwory o ksztalcie wydluzonym i zaokraglonym na koncach. U dolu podstawy sa dwie nadlewki tworzace ograniczenie dla pojemnika z substancja zapachowa oraz wydluzenie w formie pionowej listwy zakonczonej poprzeczna nadlewka sluzaca do utrzymywania pojemnika z substancja zapachowa.W centralnym punkcie tylnej czesci odswiezacza jest otwór sluzacy do umieszczania uchwytu sluzacego do mocowania odswiezacza w kratce wylotu powietrza samochodu. W przedniej czesci podstawy odswiezacza jest osadzona wymienna nasadka utworzona z pierscieni, pomiedzy którymi istnieje przestrzen wylotu powietrza. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest okragla podstawa odswiezacza stanowiaca charakterystyczna forme ksztaltu odmienna od dotychczasowych. Cecha istotna jest równiez to, ze w dole tylnej czesci okraglej podstawy sa dwie nadlewki tworzace ograniczenie dla pojemnika z substancja zapachowa oraz wydluzenie w formie pionowej listwy zakonczonej pozioma nadlewka sluzaca do utrzymywania pojemnika z substancja zapachowa. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in a new, original shape. Previously known and used car air fresheners took completely different shapes, as the fragrance element was located inside. The use of a fragrance container completely changes the shape of the product. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the freshener from the front, Fig. 2 the freshener from the rear, Fig. 3 the freshener from the side, and Fig. 4 shows the second version of the industrial design from the front. The freshener has the form of a circle, which forms the base of the freshener and is connected to a replaceable decorative cap at the front. A characteristic feature of this form is that at the bottom of the circle are two lugs that create a boundary for the fragrance container. The base at the rear has three elongated holes with rounded ends. At the bottom of the base are two lugs that create a boundary for the fragrance container, and an extension in the form of a vertical strip, ending with a transverse lug used to hold the fragrance container. At the center of the rear of the air freshener is an opening for attaching a holder for mounting the air freshener to the car's air outlet grille. A replaceable cap made of rings, with an air outlet space between them, is embedded in the front of the air freshener's base. A significant feature of the industrial design is the round base of the air freshener, which constitutes a distinctive shape different from previous designs. Another significant feature is that at the bottom of the rear part of the round base there are two overhangs that create a boundary for the fragrance container, and an extension in the form of a vertical strip ending with a horizontal overhang used to hold the fragrance container. A significant feature of the industrial design is that the fixed base connected to the lid allows for a replaceable decorative cap, which contributes to the aesthetic appeal of the entire air freshener.
