Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest forma ceramiczna do wytwarzania monokrystalicznych odlewów z nadstopów niklu, zwłaszcza odlewów łopatek turbin silników lotniczych, jak również gazowych turbin energetycznych. Forma ceramiczna (1) do wytwarzania monokrystalicznych odlewów (9) z nadstopów niklu, którą stanowi zespół rozłożonych pojedynczych oddzielnych form (2) rozłożonych na jej obwodzie zgodnie z wynalazkiem, charakteryzuje się tym, że w odległości (h) wynoszącej od 20 do 45 mm od strefy (8) skokowej zmiany przekroju wykonywanych odlewów (9) usytuowana jest przegroda cieplna ceramiczna (5) integralnie sprzężona z trzpieniem nośnym (4) formy (1) usytuowanym w jej osi, której grubość (gc) wynosi od 20 do 35 mm a średnica zewnętrzna (dc) powinna zapewnić nie większą niż 20 mm szczelinę (s) pomiędzy odlewami (9) a jej obrzeżem (6). Preferably, the ceramic mold (1) according to the invention is characterized in that on the upper surface (14) of the ceramic partition (5) there is a graphite partition (7), which is a ring with a thickness (gg) of 2 to 10 mm and an outer diameter ( dg) in contact with a set of individual, separate forms (2).
