Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są nowe związki - analogi naturalnego produktu, sulforafanu CH3S(O)(CH2)4N=C=S,w postaci sulfidów, sulfotlenków, ich racematów i enancjomerów, ω-izoselenocyjaniano-1-alkilowo-polifluoroalkilowych(arylowych) o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym RF oznacza grupę fluoroalkilową o wzorze CnF2n+1, gdzie n oznacza liczbę naturalną od 1 do 7 albo grupę fluoroarylową o wzorze C6Hk(CF3)pF5-k-p, gdzie k oznacza liczbę naturalną od 0 do 4, p oznacza liczbę 0, 1 lub 2, x oznacza liczbę 0, 1 lub 2, z oznacza liczbę 0, 1 lub 2, m oznacza liczbę 0 lub 1, a y oznacza liczbę naturalną od 3 do 6, posiadające interesujące właściwości biologiczne, w tym przeciwnowotworowe i chemoprewencyjne, oraz sposób ich wytwarzania. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są również prekursory związków o wzorze 1, zwłaszcza w postaci sulfidów i sulfotlenków ω-N-ftalimido-1-alkilowo-polifluoroalkilowych(arylowych), sulfidów i sulfotlenków ω-amino-1-alkilowo-polifluoroalkilowych(arylowych) oraz sulfidów i sulfotlenków ω-izocyjano-1-alkilowo-polifluoroalkilowych(arylowych). Zgłoszenie obejmuje również zastosowanie wyżej wymienionych związków, jako środków cytostatycznych lub cytotoksycznych wobec komórek nowotworowych oraz ich zastosowanie, jako składnika postaci farmaceutycznej w leczeniu chorób onkologicznych lub hematoonkologicznych, zwłaszcza przeciw nowotworom sutka (carcinoma mammae) i czerniaka (melanoma malignum).The subject of the application are new compounds - analogues of the natural product, sulforaphane CH3S(O)(CH2)4N=C=S, in the form of sulfides, sulfoxides, their racemates and enantiomers, ω-isoselenocyanato-1-alkyl-polyfluoroalkyl (aryl) with the general formula 1, wherein RF is a fluoroalkyl group of the formula CnF2n+1, where n is a natural number from 1 to 7, or a fluoroaryl group of the formula C6Hk(CF3)pF5-k-p, where k is a natural number from 0 to 4, p is a number 0 , 1 or 2, x means the number 0, 1 or 2, z means the number 0, 1 or 2, m means the number 0 or 1, and y means a natural number from 3 to 6, having interesting biological properties, including anticancer and chemopreventive properties, and the method of their production. The subject of the application are also precursors of compounds of formula 1, especially in the form of ω-N-phthalimido-1-alkyl-polyfluoroalkyl (aryl) sulfides and sulfoxides, ω-amino-1-alkyl-polyfluoroalkyl (aryl) sulfides and sulfoxides, and sulfides and sulfoxides ω-isocyano-1-alkyl-polyfluoroalkyl(aryl). The application also covers the use of the above-mentioned compounds as cytostatic or cytotoxic agents against cancer cells and their use as a component of a pharmaceutical form in the treatment of oncological or hemato-oncological diseases, in particular against breast cancer (carcinoma mammae) and melanoma (melanoma malignum).
