Abstract
System do oznaczania analitu w płynie podializacyjnym na drodze reakcji chemicznej, zawierający układ przepływowy, gdzie układ przepływowy zawiera przewód główny do prowadzenia reakcji oznaczenia analitu w płynie podializacyjnym, przewody boczne do doprowadzania reagentów do oznaczenia analitu na drodze reakcji chemicznej do przewodu głównego oraz przewód do doprowadzania płynu podializacyjnego do przewodu głównego, charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera co najmniej trzy pojemniki (15) na reagenty, połączone z przewodem głównym (17) za pomocą przewodów bocznych, przy czym reagenty (20) są takiego typu, że powodują kontrolowaną zmianę barwy płynu podializacyjnego (6), zaś przewód główny (17) posiada odcinek przewodu detekcyjnego (23), który jest wyposażony w detektor optyczny (26) generujący sygnał pomiarowy zależny od barwy płynu podializacyjnego (6). System może być zaimplementowany w postaci urządzenia z wymiennym kartridżem (11).A system for the determination of an analyte in a podialysis fluid by chemical reaction, comprising a flow system, where the flow system comprises a main conduit for conducting the reaction for the determination of an analyte in the podialization fluid, side conduits for feeding the reagents for analyte determination by a chemical reaction to the main conduit and a conduit for feeding podialization fluid for the main duct, characterized in that it contains at least three containers (15) for the reagents, connected to the main duct (17) by means of side ducts, the reagents (20) being of the type that cause a controlled change in the color of the fluid podialization (6), and the main wire (17) has a section of the detection wire (23), which is equipped with an optical detector (26) generating a measurement signal depending on the color of the podialization fluid (6). The system can be implemented as a device with a replaceable cartridge (11).
