Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zintegrowana sonda TDT do pomiaru wilgotności materiałów porowatych, posiadająca element detekcyjny w postaci falowodu łączącego nadajnik z odbiornikiem sygnałów, wyróżniająca się tym, że falowód (1) zbudowany jest jako symetryczna linia transmisyjna zasilana prostokątnym sygnałem symetrycznym o częstotliwości f1. Do pomiaru opóźnienia sygnału sonda wykorzystuje metodę próbkowania sekwencyjnego z zastosowaniem dwóch przerzutników typu D (6, 7) sterowanych w oparciu o sygnały prostokątne o częstotliwościach f1 i f2, pochodzące z dwóch pętli fazowych (4) z dzielnikiem.The subject of the invention is an integrated TDT probe for measuring humidity of porous materials, having a detection element in the form of a waveguide connecting the transmitter with the signal receiver, distinguished by the fact that the waveguide (1) is built as a symmetrical transmission line fed by a rectangular symmetrical signal with frequency f1. To measure signal delay, the probe uses the sequential sampling method using two D-type flip-flops (6, 7) controlled based on rectangular signals with frequencies f1 and f2, coming from two phase loops (4) with a divider.
