Abstract
Wymiennik ciepła mający szereg równoległych do siebie poziomych rur wielokanałowych (1), pomiędzy którymi znajdują się faliste żebra (2) i których końce z obu stron wprowadzone są do pionowych rurowych kolektorów (3, 7) z co najmniej jedną poziomą przegrodą, przy czym jeden z rurowych kolektorów stanowi rozdzielacz (3), w którym zamocowany jest w górny króciec wlotowy (5) i dolny króciec wylotowy (6), a pomiędzy nimi szczelna pozioma przegroda (4) charakteryzuje się tym, że pierwszy rurowy kolektor stanowiący rozdzielacz (3) ma wysokość większą od drugiego rurowego kolektora (7), jest przedłużony poniżej pakietu rur wielokanałowych (1) i w dolnej części zaopatrzony jest w dodatkowy króciec (8), a poniżej poziomej przegrody (4) znajduje się pionowa płytka separująca (9).Heat exchanger having a series of parallel horizontal multi-channel pipes (1), between which are wavy ribs (2) and whose ends on both sides are inserted into vertical pipe collectors (3, 7) with at least one horizontal partition, one the manifold is a manifold (3), in which it is attached to the upper inlet (5) and bottom outlet (6), and between them a tight horizontal partition (4) is characterized by the fact that the first tubular collector (3) it has a height greater than the other tubular collector (7), it is extended below the multi-channel pipe package (1) and in the lower part it is equipped with an additional connector (8), and below the horizontal partition (4) there is a vertical separating plate (9).
